BWTP Office Following COVID-19 Guidelines

As the coronavirus continues to increase in Missouri and throughout the Midwest, the BWTP office has extended our internal procedures through the end of 2020 to safeguard our team members and clients.

  • No client meetings are presently being held at our office. If you need a meeting with one of our team members, it can be done virtually through Zoom or Teams, or we can meet you at your office if we are able to social distance.
  • If you have information that you need to drop off at our office, we have provided a drop box outside our office entrance for you to leave your information. This box is monitored regularly by our Support Team, so the information is forwarded to the proper team member. Your information can always be sent through the mail, delivery service, or sent electronically through our portal.
  • Our team members have continued to work remotely. To meet the recent tax deadlines and improve on our client service timeliness, we have recently begun the process of having staff work periodically in the office, monitoring the number of people in the office to keep our team members safe. Even with working remotely, our team is available to answer your phone calls and emails.

We ask for your patience as we all work through the coronavirus crisis. We are making every effort to alleviate delays and to stay connected, but even with the best intentions there may be slight delays.
